You've been to Cebu if you already crossed the oldest street in the Philippines, and yes I am talking about Colon. It was built by Spaniards during the 16th century and was named after Christopher Columbus whose name in Spanish is Cristobal Colon. Colon failed to preserved its business district reputation but successfully restored it's historical and glorious past.
