The most loved festival in the Philippines is once again crowding the street of Cebu with all the ensembles and street dancing unique to the region. The festival which is celebrated and embraced by most locals is now gaining popularity abroad. Tourist flock the city every year to witness the event and is growing with a decent number exponentially.
